Lead Digital Graphic Designer

We're looking for an accomplished lead digital graphic designer who has a passion for developing compelling creative. You will work at our Washington, DC headquarters. You'll help build and elevate the creative across the Brand, crafting digital, print, and in-store experiences. You will report to the Sr. Creative Director and will join an established team of designers to support Mario Sessions Design marketing and brand channels.

You will

  • Design static and animated assets to support Total digital marketing content

  • Bring your visual storytelling expertise and knowledge of creative best practices to the table to help craft agency-caliber visuals and improve the customer experience

  • Aid in design development of multi-channel promotional campaigns for a wide variety of brands in the beverage category

You will come with

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline

  • 5+ years of Digital Design experience in agency and/or in-house brand design

  • Expert-level skill with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

  • A foundation in advertising and marketing design principles and best practices

  • Have a high level of interactive design experience and familiarity with print design. Experience with motion graphics and video editing will be a huge plus.

  • The ability to work across multiple media types while recognizing and vocalizing opportunities to elevate the creative and user experience

  • The ability to be a visual storyteller and bring product promotions to life in an engaging way

Network Administrator 


Provides ongoing network support, addresses availability issues, overcomes performance problems. Designs install, maintains, and coordinates the use of network systems. Evaluate hardware and software and peripheral equipment for large, complex networks. Manages network performance diagnoses performance problems and undertakes tuning activities to ensure network performance meets customer requirements. Troubleshoots and resolves problems to ensure quality transmission service on the network. Reports on overall network performance including frequent problems, underlying issues, and plan to improve network availability, performance, and problem resolution. Trains users, maintains, creates, and deletes user accounts. Maintains and updates system security plans on all platforms. Implements and coordinates network policies, procedures, and standards. Enforces network security procedures.


Requires 2 to 5 years 

Though not required to be an expert, the candidate should have some familiarity with AWS technology.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting/leading efforts with the re-accreditation of an in-place customer network that has connectivity to both CONUS and OCONUS. In addition, the candidate will assist in the design/implementation of a new network that will eventually replace what is currently in use by the customer.

Network support is a high visibility position to program customers. The work environment is dynamic and involves coordination with multiple site locations and end-users. Potential travel involved (CONUS/OCONUS) to service/install equipment as needed.
